1: What is RTF?

2: What is PNP?

A: In the PNP configuration, the model is pre-installed with electronic equipment such as power system, steering gear, landing gear, etc. (excluding battery, charger, controller and receiver)

3: What is KIT+S?

A: KIT+S is a newly launched configuration that meets the needs of players. It is a version with additional pre-installed servos based on the KIT configuration.

4: What is KIT?

A: In the KIT configuration, except for the landing gear and LED lights (some models do not support), it does not contain any electronic settings, only the body is provided, and all electronic devices are assembled by the players themselves

5: product receipt

A: Since such products are fragile, when the product you purchased is delivered to the door by the courier, whether it is you or your client, you must immediately unpack and inspect it in the presence of the courier. If the surface of the model is found to be broken, you should refuse to accept the goods, take a photo and keep it, and then contact the customer service of our store to solve it! (Please spend 5 minutes to reduce unnecessary trouble), after signing the goods, please complete the product inspection within 15 days. The included accessories, electronic equipment and other parts are inspected. If there is any problem, please contact our customer service for after-sales support.

6: Use groups

A: The model belongs to outdoor leisure sports goods, which is different from flying toys and has the danger of safe use. You need to have a certain experience in dynamic model modeling to operate. Before this, if you have no experience in flight dynamics model, please follow the advice of our customer service, after a period of basic learning, and then advanced learning

7: Precautions for use

A: The model aircraft model has certain dangers, and it can even be fatal. Therefore, we go to the professional venues designated by the model aircraft associations in various places to fly. It is prohibited to fly in the anti-domain specified by national laws and regulations such as downtown areas, crowd gathering places, airports, military bases, etc.
